Linton, IN –  U.S. Senator Mike Braun stopped in Linton, Indiana to meet with local elected officials and chamber members and talk about issues Hoosiers are facing.

“It was encouraging to hear from local elected officials in Linton today. Local government oftentimes impacts everyday life more than anything at the federal level, so I was interested to know how federal government policies could help complement responsible local governments and strong local economies in towns like Linton.” – Senator Mike Braun

Topics of discussion ranged from rural broadband, career and technical training, and filling jobs in rural communities. This stop is part of Senator Braun’s annual 92 county tour of Indiana.
