Senator Mike Braun of Indiana announced he was introducing a bill that would ban federal mask mandates for domestic air travel, public transit systems and primary, secondary and post-secondary schools on Wednesday.
Braun cosponsored the bill, along with Senators Josh Hawley and Eric Schmitt, both of Missouri. The bill is led by Senator J.D. Vance of Ohio.
